Broken Appointment Policy: When appointments are made they do expect them to be kept. These appointments are made for your convenience. If you fail to keep an appointment you are depriving someone else of this time. It is your responsibility to keep track of your child's appointment. If you are unable to keep the appointment, please notify them at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in suspension or dismissal from the dental center. Treatment Rooms Policy:It is their policy that parents remain in the waiting room while your child is being treated. They understand your child may be worried about the dental appointment but they appreciate your cooperation with this policy. Emergency dental services:Who is eligible? If your child has a dental emergency (toothache), you must call the dental center between 8:00 am and 8:30 am to make an appointment. They will make every effort to schedule your child an appointment that day. Fees Payment:All fees must be paid at the time services are delivered unless prior arrangements are made.
